Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer “Pushpa 2: The Rule” is certainly one of the highly awaited movies of the year and there are some reports which suggest that a big actor from Bollywood will join the cast soon.
Earlier a publication reported that director Sukumar is planning to cast a Bollywood A-lister for the movie and at that time, rumours of Manoj Bajpayee being approached for a role in “Pushpa 2” started doing rounds but the actor denied all the rumours when he was asked to comment in this regard.
Now there are reports that Sanjay Dutt has been roped in to play a cameo in the second part of the “Pushpa” series which is slated to release on 15 August 2024. It is being said that Sanjay Dutt will play the role of an influential figure in the movie and his character will add an extra layer to the storyline but as of now, there is no official confirmation in this regard.
The first part of the series “Pushpa: The Rise” was a big hit at the box-office and currently the shooting of the second part’s last leg is going on. The shooting got a little delayed as Allu Arjun had some health issues and it was totally stopped in November 2023. However, now the shooting is going on in full swing and fans are eagerly waiting for more updates about the movie.
Let’s hope the makers clear the air regarding the casting of Sanjay Dutt in “Pushpa 2”.
