The superhit Jodi of 2001 released “Gadar: Ek Prem Katha” is all set to hit the silver screen once again soon with Neeraaj Pathak’s “Bhaiyyaji Superhit”. Yes, fans of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel will get to watch their favorite stars again after more than a decade; however, if they expect the movie to be Gadar part 2, the actress has already made it clear that it’s a comedy movie and will not at all recreate the effect of Gadar!!
In the words of Ameesha, “I am happy to come back with Sunny Deol on big screen. But I feel our audiences are even more excited about it. I want to clear the fact that this movie is not ‘Gadar’ part 2. That was a serious love story and this is a comedy film. The Tara Singh and Sakhina Jodi of Sunny ji and Ameesha will be coming in a new avatar. So, it will be wrong to expect that this movie will recreate ‘Gadar’.”
Recently during a media interaction, the “Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai” actress lost her cool and answered the questions put up by media in a rude tone!
Firstly, she yelled at mediapersons, saying “silence”; afterwards, the actress seemed to be quite impatient and when a reporter called her Ameesha, she instantly disrupted and said, “Call me Ameeshaji”.
When another journalist questioned about her 3-yr long absence from silver screen after 2013 released “Shortcut Romeo”, an angry Ameesha replied, “Agar aap akalmand hote toh khud ba khud samajh jate ki production house khola toh usme time gaya (If you were intelligent enough, you would have understood on your own that the launch of a production house took time).”
There is no certain answer as to why her mood was not good; however as per SpotboyE, she was informed about press meet at last-minute and this is what annoyed Ameesha. In fact, Preity Zinta who is also one of the stars of the flick didn’t show any interest in talking to media for this reason, as reported.
The movie’s shooting began in 2013; however, due to financial crisis, it could not be finished but finally, “Bhaiyyaji Superhit” is ready now.
