Angoori Aka Shilpa Shinde Got Legal Notice From The Producer Of “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain!”

Actress Shilpa Shinde has been served with legal notice by Edit II, the production house for not being available for the shooting of the famous TV serial “Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain!”. As per the media reports, Shilpa has signed the contract with another TV channel for a popular comedy show.

This is what the Head of Edit II, Benaifer Kohli, maintained, “Since she is the one to repeatedly breach the contract, we have sent across a legal notice to her and we will take necessary actions against her as instructed by our team of lawyers.”

Shilpa has alleged that the production house has used her as a “puppet” and was forcing her to sign an exclusive contract, which she denied. She also stated that the charge of throwing tantrums on the sets which has been levied on her is absolutely baseless.

There are rumors that very soon Shilpa is going to be a part of Kapil Sharma’s comedy show which is “blatant breach of contract”, as per the producer.

The production house also claimed that Shilpa’s fees was increased two times since September 2014 when she signed the contract but still she used to came late on the sets and despite being provided with a designer, she ordered her clothes on her own and wanted the production house to pay for the same.

Benaifer further added, “She now wants us to allow her to take up projects on competing channels. When it was pointed out that the contract clearly stated an ‘exclusivity clause’, she stated that she never had the intention of adhering to terms of exclusivity.”
