Shot shortly after Anupam underwent a dental procedure, the clip shows the two enjoying light-hearted teasing and effortless banter, offering fans a rare and warm look into their close bond.
In the video posted by Sikander on Instagram, Anupam can be seen dealing with the after-effects of the procedure, particularly a numb cheek that becomes the subject of endless jokes. Sensing a chance to have some fun, Sikander pretends he is about to hit his father, prompting Anupam to respond with exaggerated seriousness and playful warnings. What follows is a series of mock threats, dramatic reactions and inside jokes that feel more like a comedy scene than a real-life moment.
Sikander gently taps his father’s cheek and Anupam reacts theatrically, clutching his face and playing along.
