It came as a rude shock for everyone when Arnab Goswami announced that he was leaving Times Now, as watching him on Prime Time news had become a habit for many of us. He has been one of the most famous journalists of the present time, and if he has a good fan following, there is also no dearth of those who hate him. In fact, there are many from his field who don’t like him at all.

The social media networks were abuzz with jokes, memes and news about him but one question that everybody was clueless about is – What Arnab Goswami is going to do next?

Arnab gave the answer to this question in India Ideas Conclave 2016, where he appeared to be frank and open.

He talked about many things including his future plans and quite surprisingly, he took a dig at himself too.

He talked about the type of information that is presented before the audiences in the name of journalism and made it clear that he was not among those journalists.
