Ashneer Grover Has An Epic Response To Namita Thapar’s “No Toxicity In Second Season” Comment

The second season of the business reality show, Shark Tank India is going pretty well now; however in the beginning, many people expressed their unhappiness over the absence of Ashneer Grover from the show. Ashneer Grover was very famous among audiences because of his one-liners and his straight talks with the pitchers, though few times he was a little insulting as well.

Before the second season of the show started, Namita Thapar and Anupam Mittal attended an event at IIT Kharagpur during which they were asked about the difference between the first season and the second season. In response to this question, Namita Thapar stated that the difference between the first season and the second season would be that there would be no toxicity in the second season and many felt that it was an indirect attack at Ashneer Grover. During the same event, Anupam Mittal stated that no pitcher would be insulted and humiliated in the second season as it happened with few pitchers in the first season.

Recently during a podcast, Ashneer Grover is asked to react on Namita Thapar’s statement and he says that he has not mentioned Namita Thapar even once and there is a reason behind it. He adds that he is not missing Namita but she is missing him (Ashneer) and she may say whatever she likes but she is missing him.

Later, Ashneer also says that he can give it in writing that he is not going back in Shark Tank whether it is third, fourth, fifth or any other season because he doesn’t believe in going backwards, he likes to move forward. He goes on to say that he had a good time while doing the first season, he became famous and now it’s time to move on.

Earlier in another interview, he states that he has unfollowed all the other sharks because he doesn’t want to know what is happening on the show or behind the scenes.
