Ashwin Trolled James Anderson After The England Pacer Made A Tweet On Mankading

The Cricket lovers are once again talking about mankading after an incident took place in U-19 Cricket World Cup. The U-19 Cricket World Cup is being played in South Africa and in a match between Pakistan and Afghanistan, a controversy erupted after the Afghani bowler Noor Ahmad mankaded Pakistani batsman Mohammad Huraira.

The Afghanistan team gave a target of 190 runs to the team of Pakistan. Noor Ahmad was bowling a delivery of the 28th over of the Pakistani innings when he saw that the Pak opener Mohammad Huraira has left the crease even before the ball was bowled. Noor removed the bails and appealed to the umpire, the decision went to the third umpire and Mohammad Huraira was given out.

Majority of the cricket lovers slammed the Afghani bowler and called it against the spirit of the game while some supported the bowler because it was completely as per the law.

Earlier also, one such incident happened when Indian player Ravichandran Ashwin mankaded Jos Butler in an IPL match. Ashwin was criticized a lot by many but the Indian spinner said that he didn’t do anything wrong and would not mind doing it again.

One of the biggest critics of Ashwin was England bowler James Anderson, he even shredded the photo of Ashwin to slam him and the video of this act of Anderson went viral last year.

James Anderson was not happy with what happened in the U-19 ICC Cricket World Cup and he posted the video of the incident with the caption, “Can we sort out (remove) this law please @ICC #MCC??”

The Indian spinner R Ashwin didn’t want to miss the chance of having some fun and he made a tweet in which he reminded James Anderson of the shredding incident, he tweeted, “Law removal might need some deliberation!! A Shredder might do the trick for now.”

The Pakistan team won the match against Afghanistan and now they will be clashing against India in the semi-finals on February 4.
