There is no denying the fact that homos*xuality is a still a taboo in our society and people are not comfortable in talking about such topics. In this case, doing a film on a subject like this needs a lot of courage, especially when the actor has a family and little kids.

Lately Ayushmann’s wife Tahira talked to her son Virajveer regarding the same and his answer made her proud as well as teary-eyed.

This is what Tahira Kashyap wrote on the micro-blogging site Twitter, “With the upcoming film the dad is doing, I wanted to be forthcoming with my 8 year old son. I asked him if he knows what homosexuality means or being gay means. He knew it. I asked him if he was ok with it. He replied…what’s there not be ok about. (Teary eyed and proud)”

During an interaction with IANS, Tahira stated that the idea of love should be celebrated regardless of whether it is between two people of the same gender or two individuals of the opposite genders. In her opinion, being in love is what matters and not gender and that’s why, she is pleased that Ayushmann is doing “Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan”.

Other than Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra Kumar, the movie also stars Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta in important roles with the guest appearance of Bhumi Pednekar, the actress who played the main lead in the first installment, i.e., “Shubh Mangal Saavdhan”. Directed by Hitesh Kewalya, the film is scheduled to release on 21st February, 2020.
