The Indian cricket team led by Virat Kohli is presently in England as they will be playing a 5-match test series over there starting August 4 and there is no doubt that this is going to be a tough contest as both the teams are pretty strong and England will certainly use the home advantage to the maximum.
The England cricket team has a loyal fan base, in fact there is a group of the English fans which is known as Barmy Army and it travels with the English team in order to cheer them and provide support to them. Barmy Army is also known for its tactics of playing mind games by taking jibes at the opponents on the social media networks. In fact if you remember, they wished the former Indian skipper MS Dhoni on his birthday in a very unpleasant manner by reminding about the match which India lost to England in the ICC World Cup 2019.
This time Barmy Army has tried to troll the Indian skipper Virat Kohli by posting a pic of him in which he is seen practicing archery while the former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer is standing beside him.
Barmy Army captioned the photo, “BREAKING NEWS Virat is out of the upcoming Test Series as he’s in Tokyo preparing for the Archery. More to follow. #Tokyo2020”

The tweet was soon noticed by Wasim Jaffer who has a reputation of making funny and satirical tweets as well as giving it back to trolls in the most befitting manner and he gave quite a good reply to Barmy Army too.
Wasim used the photo of Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui from his movie “Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 2” with the punch line – “Iske pass jo ganja hai woh humko chahiye” (I want the weed that he has).
Wasim Jaffer trolled Barmy Army with his caption too as he wrote, “Barmy Army or Bar mein Army?” (Barmy Army or Army in Bar?) with laughing emoji.

Meanwhile, few Indian cricketers including Shubman Gill, Avesh Khan and Washington Sundar have suffered injuries in England during the warm-up matches because of which Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw who are in Sri Lanka presently will be joining the senior team in England soon. The selectors also discussed about Jayant Yadav but his name was dropped due to the change in the quarantine rules while SKY and Prithvi will be getting transferred from one bubble to another.
On the other hand, the young Indian team led by Shikhar Dhawan will be playing their first T20I of the 3-match series against Sri Lanka today after winning the ODI series by 2-1.
