Another businessman from Mangaluru has done same like Dholakia by giving his employees Tata Nano as gift. Nayak, owner of a Pune-based organization, has given new Tata Nano cars to 12 employees of his Mangaluru factory and Pune office.
The yearly turnover of Nayak’s organization is Rs 2 crore, not equivalent to Dholakia’s Rs 6,000 crore. Nayak said: “I must share my wealth with those who have created it for me.”
Having given training to his workers, Nayak told Media, “They have the keys to my factory and I have left everything on them without worrying about company growth and it has paid off. Whatever awards company has received in previous 25 years – NEFF Germany Automation award, a slew of awards from the central excise department for prompt tax payment, and from Canara Bank for being the best customer – is because of their dedication and hard work. They deserve this award”
Nayak founded the company 28 years ago, and hasn’t turned back. His products are in great demand in Germany. The company is also planning to start a office in Boston, US. They are looking for expanding its India operations to Nagpur, Indore and Hardwar. He has only one funda of success – Trust your employees and they will take your company forward.
