Beware Couples! Bajrang Dal Is All Set To Get You Married This Valentine’s Day

Couples who will be celebrating Valentine’s Day in Ramgarh, Jharkhand may be forced to start a new phase of their lives if they are caught by the local unit of Bajrang Dal. The Bajrang Dal Ramgarh unit has arranged for prompt marriage of those couples who are caught celebrating Valentine’s Day and for this purpose, they have formed ‘10 raiding teams’.

On Friday, Bajrang Dal announced this decision at the Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s office. Even more surprisingly, it has also arranged for mandaps and priests for getting the couples married promptly and the cost of the wedding will be borne by Bajrang Dal.

However, the surprising fact is that the State unit of VHP has decided not to protest Valentine’s Day. In the words of Mritunjay Singh, senior official of Jharkhand unit, “This is an independent decision of the Ramgarh Bajrang Dal. Though we morally oppose vulgar shows on Valentine Day, this year we would not take to streets to protest holding of the day.”

The local unit of Bajrang Dal has also made it clear that they won’t let this western culture destroy Indian society. According to an activist of Bajrang Dal, Chhotu Verma, “It is an obscene festival of western society. Under a conspiracy, this bad culture is being fueled in India. Our culture is thousands of years old and it a pious culture of entire world. We don’t support western obscene culture.”
