India-Afghanistan, one-off historic test match, is being played in Bengaluru and the Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan made history by scoring a century in the first session as he is the only Indian batsman to score a ton before lunch on the first day of the match.
Many former cricketers congratulated him on this achievement including Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh. Bhajji also reminded him in a funny manner that IPL had ended on which Shikhar Dhawan gave a perfect response.
In 27 overs, India scored 158 runs with the help of Shikhar Dhawan’s century for which he played 87 balls. The left-handed opener got out on 107 and became the first batsman to be dismissed by Afghanistan bowlers in the test matches.
Shikhar Dhawan’s knock included three sixes and 19 fours and he added 168 runs with Murali Vijay for opening wicket partnership. It felt as if Shikhar Dhawan resumed playing from where he left in the IPL in which he played for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
Bhajji congratulated Shikhar Dhawan on Twitter in a unique style and wrote, “BTW jatt ji ipl khatam ho gayi hai😜 @SDhawan25 brilliant 100👏👏💪.. #IndvsAfganistan test cricket 🏏 @BCCI” (BTW the IPL is over now)

To this, Shikhar also responded in a witty manner, “IPL mein nahi bani uska hisaab yahan poora kar diya😉😉” (I could not score a century in IPL so scored here)
