Many a times, we do face network issues; sometimes, there are situations wherein our network falls weak every hour, haven’t you faced it? Whether it is a common man or whether it is a celebrity, network woes are very common. Well, Big B faced something similar with his Vodafone network.
However, he had least expected that he will get such a surprising reply from Jio when he will tweet about his network issue.
Vodafone had an awkward moment when Amitabh Bachchan tweeted about facing a message issue. The problem was that he was able to receive messages but wasn’t able to send any. Yes, the sent messages showed a FAILED STATUS!
Here’s what he tweeted to Vodafone;
VODAFONE WE HAVE A PROBLEM ..!! ALL SEND MESSAGES COMING FAILED .. RECEIVING SMS BUT NOT GOING .. HHEEEELLLLPPPPP !!!

As soon as Big B tweeted this, he got an instant reply from Reliance Jio. The company promptly replied that they will be happy to deliver a free SIM card to his home; they urged him to get it activated instantly through the process of home delivery.

Few months back, Jio had announced that SIM cards will be home delivered and moreover, successful conversion of Bachchan from a Vodafone to a Jio customer would have been a bonus for them.
Poor Jio, they couldn’t get what they wanted as Vodafone was quick enough to resolve Amitabh Bachchan’s issue…
