The much talked about Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starer “Half Girlfriend” has a new addition to the cast of the film.
Actress Rhea Chakraborty who made her debut in Bollywood with “Mere Dad Ki Maruti” also seen in “Sonali Cable” will now star in Mohit Suri’s “Half Girlfriend”. Initially the role was offered to “Singh is Bling” actress Amy Jackson but this Punjabi kudi just got lucky.
The movie “Half Girlfriend” is a love story based on the Chetan Bhagat’s last novel in the same name. The story is of a Bihari boy Madhav played by Arjun Kapoor who’s love interest is a High Society English speaking girl Riya that is Shraddha Kapoor. Since Riya is not interested in a commitment with Madhav she decides to be his HALF GIRLFRIEND.
The first schedule of the film has been completed and Rhea will be joining its cast for the second schedule, though Rhea’s role in the film is yet a mystery, lets hope this beauty makes her presence felt.
The actress is also to be seen in a lead role in YRF’s comedy flick BANK CHOR.
