The 24 years old gorgeous TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide in her Goregaon residence by hanging herself to the ceiling fan. Pratyusha became a household name after she played the role of Anandi in one of the most popular TV serials “Balika Vadhu”. Later on, she also participated in the dance reality show “Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa 5” and reality show “Bigg Boss 7”.
No confirmation has been made regarding the reason of her suicide but the grapevine is that she was having a volatile relationship with her fiancée Rahul Raj, who is from the same industry and is an actor-producer. Moreover, it is also said that Pratyusha was in depression as she was having no work and her bank balance was decreasing too.
Nobody could have thought that this young actress would take such a disastrous step, and as the news of her death spread, it shocked the entire nation, especially her fans and colleagues from TV industry, other than her family and relatives.
