In this article, we are talking about Krishna Singh of 16 who is a Vasant Valley School student and has begun hormone replacement therapy in view of the fact that he has the desire of converting sex and become Naina Singh. As a result, Naina plans for going through surgery for sex reassignment after the examinations of 12th Standard.
According to her mother, Mishi Singh, Naina is very much fond of makeup as well as likes long hair. When she noticed such kind of attitude in Krishna, she took him to a counselor in the year 2011 who eventually stated that the boy had great affection for dolls and toys.
It was in September 2014 that counselor called Naina’s mother and sister for informing the news of Krishna’s being a girl. It’s creditable on the part of the mother to support her son after listening to this. She asked Krishna for going through hormone replacement therapy in addition to removal of hair through laser therapy.
What’s more, the school Principal too permitted Krishna for changing uniform since Naina would not feel comfortable in trousers any longer. In fact, the Principal gave her permission of growing hair as well as assisted in registering as a transgender with the CBSE board. It’s assumed that Naina will move abroad subsequent to surgery to continue her studies.
If we refer to what Mishi has to say in this connection, it wasn’t easy for her to manage this all since her friend and other students put up questions regarding Krishna’s wearing girl’s uniform and painting nails. Nevertheless, family members took it on a light note and did not react shockingly.
