However, we want these youngsters to be a little cautious while reading their admission letter to make sure that they don’t leave out or misread any important thing. We are giving this advice because of an incident which has taken place in Maharashtra with a 17-yr boy named Daniyaal Khan. He also applied in many colleges but got admission in National Institute of Technology – A. Pradesh.

He thought that he got admission in NIT of Andhra Pradesh and his father also thought of celebrating the moment with a road trip to his college from their home. In fact, Daniyaal’s friends also accompanied him to celebrate his admission.

However, after the 16-hour journey when they reached NIT – Andhra Pradesh, they were in for a very rude shock. There was a big confusion as this was not the college in which Daniyaal got admission. He actually got admission in NIT – Arunachal Pradesh which was nearly 2900 kms away from the location where they were at that moment.

In fact, when Daniyaal googled about his college, google also took him to the website of NIT – Andhra Pradesh so rather than laughing on him, we suggest you to show a little sympathy towards the poor boy.

It was clearly apparent that the boy would not be able to reach the correct college before the reporting deadline and hence, he got it written by the coordinator of NIT-AP that it was a genuine mistake on his part and he should be provided relaxation in the reporting time or date.

Daniyaal and his father thought of taking a flight to NIT – Arunachal Pradesh, as they were already on the admission deadline but then they dropped off the idea and now he would apply in foreign universities.

He shared this incident on Reddit and told everyone how he got screwed up by misreading his admission acceptance letter.
