Breaking News – Soon You Will Have To Pay For Using Google, Facebook, And YouTube

You have Internet, you are the King, you can surf any website you want, or use any app you want, but what if you have to pay for Internet pack separately and if you want to access Facebook  or YouTube, pay for it separately. Presently, when an Internet recharge is done, it is like this:

  • Rs. 198 for 2GB data with one month validity

But in future it will look like this:

  • Rs. 198 for 2GB data with one month validity + Rs. 30 for Facebook + Rs. 30 for YouTube and so on.

Till now, we are experiencing Net neutrality, i.e, just get an Internet recharge and access everything available on Internet. However, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is almost ready to change the rules and it will allow the telecom companies to charge its customers for the websites they will like to surf.

In simple words, it will be like our TV connections. Earlier we had cable TV, one payment for all the channels, then we got DTH, a base price plus pay extra for the channels that you want to watch depending on the customer’s choice.

If you don’t want Net Neutrality to be imposed in India, do as we tell you:

Send an email to TRAI in support of Net neutrality on [email protected], visit the website www.netneutrality.in read it properly, go to www.change.org and sign the petition and asking the net neutrality to be enforced. Presently, 87,213 supporters have already signed the petition and 62,787 needed to reach 1, 50,000, so just hurry up and sign it, after all it is for all of us.
