The landscape of the telecom industry has been changed completely with the entry of Reliance Jio. In a short period of time, Jio has established itself as the most popular 4G telecom operator in India. Jio’s lucrative offers created a buzz which resulted in many people changing their network and moving to Jio. It has added 16 million subscribers in just 26 days and it continues to add more subscribers on its network.
Jio’s specialty is its unlimited voice and video calls, high-speed internet, and unlimited SMS. It is also offering unlimited live TV streaming and on-demand movie streaming services. As a result other telecom operators are also trying to offer similar services in order to survive in the telecom war.
Reliance Jio will soon be delivery its SIM cards right at your doorstep. It’s not a rumor, it’s a truth, believe that. Jio’s home delivery service will start soon, but the service comes with several conditions attached. But this service is only for ‘An Enterprise’ or ‘A Housing Society’.
However for individuals, Reliance Jio will be launching its home delivery pilot program in the selected cities, through this program the consumers can get their hands on a Reliance Jio SIM card without having to visit a retail store.
Reliance Jio home delivery pilot programme is currently in the beta state. The program is currently being launched in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and Visakhapatnam.
Under this programme, individuals will receive an invite which would allow them to schedule a Jio SIM card delivery anytime at their home. But the interesting part is that the Reliance Jio will send invites to “influencers” that it has discovered. This means you cannot request for invites, even the Reliance employees won’t be able to refer anyone for the program. Only the Jio team will have the power to make the selections.
The invitees of the Reliance Jio SIM card home delivery pilot programme can schedule the SIM card delivery at their home at any time of their choice. The people receiving the invitation can also schedule the delivery as soon as “within 30 minutes”.
