1st 3 ODIs between India and New Zealand are successfully over and now the entire focus is on the 4th ODI which would be played on the 26th of October. This time, the reason is bit special because the match is going to be played in the hometown of Dhoni i.e. Ranchi. Yes, everyone was amazed to see Dhoni’s performance in the 3rd ODI i.e. 80 runs of just 91 balls. Apart from Virat’s 154, Dhoni’s 3 sixes and 6 boundaries helped the team win!
There is one more special element attached to Ranchi now, apart from the game. As both the teams arrived at the Ranchi airport, Captain Cool chose to drive back home in his giant and luxurious ‘Hummer’.
What happened was that both the teams, India and New Zealand, took buses to travel to the hotel, and now, when the Kiwis saw Dhoni’s luxurious car, it definitely soared the temperature high. They literally went ‘Awwww’ over his car and their faces clearly showed it. Amongst everyone else, it was Ross Taylor and Tom Latham who showed great interest in his car.
Even the camera caught their expressions perfectly. We all are aware that how Dhoni just loves cars and bikes; his collection in the garage proves it! This reaction by the Kiwis show that they might not be enjoying these perks as the Indians do.
