The Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was associated with the IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore for a long time but this association finally came to an end in the mega-auction for the IPL 2022 as neither Yuzi was retained by RCB nor the Bangalore franchise tried to buy him back in the mega-auction. Well, RCB fans were quite hopeful that the team will buy back Yuzvendra Chahal in the auction but it didn’t happen and the Indian spinner was bought by Rajasthan Royals for a price of Rs. 6.50 crore. Three other franchises Delhi Capitals, Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad also bid for Yuzvendra Chahal but it was RR which ultimately got the spinner.
However, RCB not bidding for him was not a big deal for Chahal as he stated during a conversation with Indian cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin on the latter’s YouTube channel that he (Chahal) would be fine playing for any other team as well. After Chahal made this statement, many cricketing experts and fans felt that something is not good between Yuzi and the RCB management.
Recently, one more incident has taken place which has strengthened the doubt that things are not good between the RCB management and Chahal. A meme is going viral on the Internet in which RCB fans are seen punching the RCB management for paying a heavy amount of Rs. 10.75 crore on Wanindu Hasaranga, the Sri Lankan cricketer.

This irritated fans of the Bangalore franchise and they started slamming Yuzi for not being thankful to RCB for which he has played for 7 years as it helped him in making a comeback in the Indian cricket team. Some fans blamed Yuzi’s friendship with the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma for feeling insecure.
