Recently, the Indian cricketer and former skipper of Kolkata Knight Riders Dinesh Karthik got vaccinated with the first dose and he also shared the photo of him getting vaccinated on the social media networks.

The tweet was liked by many and it was also noticed soon by the Australian cricketer Chris Lynn who played for Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2021. Chris Lynn made up mind to poke fun at DK as he commented, “Could have at least worn pants”.

Actually DK was wearing camouflage pants and Chris Lynn joked about it as it is something which is not visible.

DK also responded with a hilarious tweet which read, “I was thinking shorts like you, then realised I’m not in Maldives. So wore this”.

After handing over the captaincy of KKR to Eoin Morgan, Dinesh Karthik has to focus on his batting and wicket-keeping now. On the other hand, Chris Lynn played in the first match of MI which was against Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore but after Quinton de Kock completed his quarantine period, the MI team management included him in the playing XI because of which Chris Lynn had to sit on the bench.

The IPL 2021 was postponed indefinitely after some players and staff members tested COVID-19 positive. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) also thought of taking the complete IPL to Mumbai but then it decided to postpone the event keeping in mind the well-being and safety of the players, staff members and each person associated with the league.

We also request our readers to get vaccinated as soon as they get the chance.
