Arnab Goswami has left the Times Now! Yes, you read that right! The man who was the host of the Times Now’s flagship show ‘Newshour Debate’, the Editor-in-Chief and President of Times Now Arnab shocked the world by announcing his resignation. The viewers around the world are very surprised over the move taken by Arnab.

Friday was Arnab Goswami’s last day at work. The Newshour anchor received a heart-warming farewell, the Times Now employees reminded him many of his famous quotes from his energetic debates on the Newshour.

So now the biggest question was that who is going to fill Arnab’s shoes? Now the reports suggest that Arnab might be replaced by Rahul Shivshankar. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of NewsX and now he will become the Chief Editor of Times Now.

Editor at NewsX, Chandni Ahlawat Dabas, took to Twitter to announce Rahul Shivashankar joining Times Now!

Rahul has worked with Times Now under the supervision of Arnab in the past. According to a report published by TheNewsMinute, Shivshankar will charge as the new Editor-in-Chief at Times Now from December 15.

Rahul Shivshankar has worked with many big media houses like India Today, Headlines Today, NewsX. He has an experience of over 20 years in journalism.

Arnab Goswami has worked with Times Now for a decade, he became popular for his prime time debate show NewsHour and ‘frankly speaking with Arnab’. He had resigned on November 1.
