Aamir Khan’s latest movie Dangal has proved to be a BLOCKBUSTER in just 4 days. The film has had an extra-ordinary weekend and it has created a history. The movie is all set to shatter many records, especially that of Sultan.
Dangal passed the important test on Monday with flying colors. Yes, on the 4th day i.e. first Monday, Dangal collected 25.48 crores, which is just so amazing. It had around 80 percent occupancy, which is very rare for any movie. Even during night, the shows were houseful.
Already Dangal had broken many records in the first 3 days itself; it became the 2nd highest opener after Sultan. Even the advanced booking records on BookMyShow app and multiplexes were shattered.
At the end of 3 days, it broke 6 more records; it beat the 3rd Day collections of Sultan, it became the 1st movie to have such highest collections on a single day this year, 2nd movie to earn 100 crores in 3 days etc.
Now, let us see what records it has broken on the 4th day!
1. It crossed the Monday collections of Sultan! he Salman starrer had earned 15.54 crores on Monday; while Dangal earned 10 crores more!
2. It became the 1st movie to have such high collections on first Monday.
3. The collections are 4 times more than the lifetime collections of FAN and 3 times more than that of Akshay’s Housefull 3!
