Omung Kumar directorial Bhoomi marks the comeback of Sanjay Dutt but still it failed to create a good impression on the audience. This Sanjay Dutt & Aditi Rao Hydari movie was expected to get a good opening but unfortunately, it couldn’t get so.
Bhoomi is based on a father-daughter relation and fans were excited to watch it. Since 3 movies have clashed at the Box Office, the numbers have been low for all. On the other hand, we have Newton which started off very low but got good growth on the 2nd day i.e. Saturday.

Bhoomi didn’t show a considerable growth as such. From 2.25 crores, the collections rose to 2.47 crores. No difference at all. Everyone thought that the film will show a rise at least on Saturday, but sadly, all expectations were shattered.

Newton witnessed a wonderful rise in collections on the 2nd day. As opposed to 96 lakhs on the first day, it earned 2.52 crores on the 2nd day. It’s 162 percent growth for the film. Looks as if people are enjoying this socio-political drama. Let’s see if the film grows on Sunday or not.
