Tubelight hit the screens on Eid and was surrounded by a lot of hype, but unfortunately, it experienced a dismal record. For Bhai, 100 crores in 2-3 days is not a big task at all, but Tubelight seems to be an exception, thanks to its low figures.
Even on the 5th day, the film was stuck at just 95 crores. Finally, it has entered the esteemed 100 crores club on the 6th day, but by now, the excitement has vanished.
The numbers have been dipping since Monday but on Wednesday, the film witnessed a BIG fall. On the 6th day, Tubelight earned 5.75 crores. Tuesday collections i.e. 12 crores were still better, but 5.75 crores is too less, agree?
However, with this figure, the total finally surpasses 100 crores and stands at 101.61 crores. Still, the makers are satisfied that at least it has entered the club. IMDB rating was just 4.5 out of 10, but despite that, people are watching Tubelight, may be due to craze for Salman.

Day 2- 21.17 crores!
Day 3- 22.45 crores!
Day 4- 19.09 crores!
Day 5- 12 crores!
Day 6- 5.75 crores!
Total- 101.61 crores!

We really hope that the numbers don’t fall further. On weekend, Tubelight might show some magic, but we’ll have to wait and watch as of now.
