Dinesh Karthik & Faf Du Plessis Indulge In A Hilarious Twitter Banter Over RCB’s Tweet

Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad are going to clash against each other in today’s match which will be played at Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium and it will be a great contest as both the teams are going great in the tournament till now. While RCB is at the 3rd position with 10 points (5 wins in 7 matches), SRH is on a winning streak as it made a great comeback by winning 4 consecutive matches after losing first two.

What will make this contest even more delightful is the fact that we may get to see good competition between  RCB batters such as Faf du Plessis, Virat Kohli, Dinesh Karthik, etc. and SRH bowling sensation Umran Malik who is bowling at the speed of 150  kmph in the tournament.

While Dinesh Karthik is fulfilling the responsibility of a finisher to the perfection, the skipper Faf du Plessis has also performed well especially in the last match against the new IPL team Lucknow Super Giants in which he scored 96 runs.

Recently they both had a fun banter on the micro-blogging site Twitter and it all started after the official Twitter handle of RCB posted a tweet with images of DK and Faf and captioned it as, “How to strike and pose 101 ft. @DineshKarthik and @faf1307.”

Check out the pic:

Here is the tweet:

The tweet was noticed by the Tamil Nadu cricketer and he reacted with, “Faf does it better @faf1307 #vain”

Soon the former South African cricketer noticed what DK wrote and he came up with a great reply as he wrote, “I wish I could hit the ball as far as you bud…. one day when I’m big @DineshKarthik”

Faf du Plessis has been appointed as the skipper of RCB after Virat Kohli decided to give up his captaincy and it won’t be wrong to say that things look pretty cool under Faf’s leadership. What’s more, if they continue like this, entering the play-offs will not be difficult for RCB this time. What do you think?
