Recently, Indian cricketers Dinesh Karthik and Hardik Pandya chatted live and the former didn’t miss the chance of taking a jibe at the latter in regard to his Koffee With Karan episode controversy. While chatting with Hardik, Dinesh urged fans to ask only decent questions as Hardik hasn’t drunk coffee for over a year now.

In reply, Hardik also came up with a funny reply as he said that he does not drink coffee and takes green tea. He further said that he drank coffee only once and it was too expensive. Pandya also added that he can bet even Starbucks doesn’t have such expensive coffee and since then, he has kept himself away from coffee.

Dinesh Karthik was referring to the incident which happened when Hardik Pandya appeared on Karan Johar’s talk show along with his teammate KL Rahul and made some comments which were disrespectful towards the women community. After the episode was aired in the first week of January last year, there was a huge uproar against the cricketers and both the players were suspended by the BCCI despite the fact that they offered unconditional apology.

However, things got normal soon and the cricketers were back on the field. Hardik got engaged to actress-dancer Natasa Stankovic on the first day of the year 2020. He proposed his ladylove on a yacht in Dubai.

While Hardik Pandya is a member of IPL team Mumbai Indians (MI), Dinesh Karthik is the skipper of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

It is being said that the BCCI is trying to organize IPL 2020 around September before the T20 World Cup which is going to take place in Australia. Till then, stay indoors and stay safe!
