Rajkummar Rao is certainly one of the most versatile and finest actors of the Indian film industry and he has given many superb performances till date for which he has been awarded with a number of awards including one National Award.
Rajkummar Rao played a small role in Ram Gopal Varma’s “Rann” (2010) and then he worked in Dibakar Banerjee’s “Love, S*x Aur Dhokha” which was liked by audiences. In 2014 released “CityLights”, Rajkummar played the character of a labourer and in order to prepare for the role, he actually worked as a labourer at a construction site where he carried cement bags whole day and earned Rs. 100 that day. This incident has certainly shown the level of dedication that this actor has for his work.
Rajkummar Rao’s performance in his latest released “Roohi” is also being loved by viewers and he is getting showered with admiration and affection for it. Directed by Hardik Mehta, “Roohi” is a comedy horror movie and also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma in lead roles. Rajkummar Rao’s next film will be “Badhaai Do” in which he will be working with Bhumi Pednekar. This flick is the sequel of Ayushmann Khurrana starrer “Badhaai Ho” which starred Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Singh in important roles.
