Many a times, people lose their wallets, mobiles and other precious things but don’t get them back. While the doctor was busy enjoying the festive atmosphere of Mumbai along with her 5 year old daughter, a disappointing thing happened to her. Well, she lost her wallet and was too nervous. This is when a kind-hearted Auto driver came to her rescue.

She shared her incident and you need to read it;

“It was an overall happy day since we had Faraal (snacks) party of Diwali with all my homeopath colleagues in Thane. I stay at Palava city (Dombivli). So after I finished the party I took a train from Thane to Dombivli and thereafter a shared auto as usual. Since my 5-year-old daughter also had come with me, I kept my handbag behind the area of the auto and Tanishkaa sat on my lap.

It was the first day of Diwali 16.10.2017. I’m a Homeopathic Doctor and had an appointment at 7 p.m. So I rushed to drop Tanishkaa at home and managed to reach clinic on time. It was when I saw my handbag for change I realised my wallet isn’t there, but my optimism is at the top always so I assumed I might have forgotten at home when dropped Tanishkaa. I came home and couldn’t find it. Then I rushed back to clinic and didn’t find it there.

So I took an auto back to Dombivli station, almost ran to the stall at the station where I had last used my wallet to have limbu paani, since I kept change ₹25 in the pocket of my jeans for share auto.

“Nahi mila mam kuch bhi nahito rakhte hum pakka,” said the boy who had served me at the stall. So I almost broke in tears when walking back from there as it had my cash, cards, ID proofs and much more.

I came back home around 11 p.m. My husband and daughter hugged me and my hubby said a line, “Apan to zinda hai na. Fir kya tension. If we are alive we can cover any losses.” But I reproached myself. How the hell can I do such silly mistake?

I just accepted it and as my homeopath colleagues suggested, just gave positive vibes to the universe. Jo bhi hua acha hai..It was tough but I said from the heart.”

“And around 12 midnight I got a call.

‘Mam aap apna purse bhool gayi thi kya, mujhe auto mai peeche mila dikky area mai, (ma’am had you forgotten your purse in auto?).’

And I felt like as if almost a rebirth had been granted to me. Tears rolled and first thing I said was, “acchai aur acche log abhi bhi hai”. (My patent sentence is ache logo k sath acha hi hota hai hamesha.)

He said, ‘I’m autowala, Arvind Kumar. And, I’ll come tomorrow morning at auto-stand. Will give your purse that time.’

I want to thank this humane person from bottom of my heart and loads and tons of blessings to him but also I felt I should share this story so that all people believe in good and doing good.

I gifted him with a box of sweets and cash to shop for Diwali as a token of my gratitude. And I will keep doing good despite all circumstances and type of people I meet. As I strongly believe only good happens with good people. I am grateful to have such lovely, optimistic friends and husband.”

She even shared the picture of that Rickshawala;
