Social media sites have not only made it easier for us to keep in touch with our loved ones but also acted as a medium where we talk and express ourselves about the matters which we like or which are disturbing us. There are many activists who are using these sites for the purpose of making people aware of different issues. However, sometimes we get to see that people are misusing these mediums to insult and abuse famous people as well.

This is what Abhishek’s lawyer said,

“After demonetisation, a newspaper had published news that police had seized money from the car of a BJP leader in Hoshangabad district. According to charges levelled against him, Abhishek had shared a photograph of the news and pasted the picture of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.”

The lawyer further added,

“Someone in the CM’s house saw the post and informed the cyber cell and the police took action against him. The police also seized his laptop, dongle and mobile phone and some other electronic gadgets. Despite repeated requests, police are not providing the copy of the FIR.”

The man still didn’t improve himself and his Twitter account is the proof of the same!

A person needs to be careful while using social media as whatever he/she posts can tarnish the image of the person about whom he/she is posting. Abhishek Mishra has left no stone unturned in making it clear that he is against PM Modi and his government as he always criticized the government. However, we will still say that some maturity needs to be shown even while criticizing someone.
