P.V Sindhu made everyone of us proud by securing a Silver medal in Rio Olympics for Badminton. Since then, she is enjoying the much-deserved fame and glory and every Indian, no matter young or old seems to have become an ardent fan of hers. Congratulatory messages from all over the country started pouring in, as soon as the news of her win came out. Her coach P.Gopichand had imposed several restrictions on her, and the results were definitely outstanding! India is proud of P.V Sindhu for her impeccable performance.
Recently, she did a photo shoot for JFW magazine and she looked stunning. Usually, we have seen Sindhu in her uniform, but now, this ‘Daughter of India’ has surprised everyone with this photo-shoot, in which she looks no less than a princess.
In an interview with this magazine, she talked about her win and said;
“For two and a half to three months, we didn’t have any tournaments and our preparations went on really well. I didn’t have a phone, I had to get away from junk food and everything. That really helped me. We planned accordingly and strategy wise it all worked out. Gopi Sir also worked really hard for me and sacrificed a lot of things. So it paid off well. It has been a wonderful journey. Those three months were tough but if you want something, you have to sacrifice something in life. I have got a medal for the country. So I think I am really proud of it!”
