Mandana Karimi got married to her lover Gaurav Gupta earlier this year and her wedding became the talk of the town. It was great as well as surprising to see the ex Bigg Boss contestant in the wedding dress.
However, her marriage landed into trouble soon and she lodged a complaint against her husband and in-laws for domestic violence. She also accused them of throwing her out of the house and claimed that she made every attempt to reconcile.
Mandana Karimi had then asked for a maintenance in which she demanded Rs 10 lakhs for basic necessities and Rs 2 crores for all the pain she has gone through.
Now, the Iranian beauty has requested the court to fast track her case as she will soon lose her work permit.
Talking to TOI, an insider revealed-
“When she recently turned up for one of the court hearings, she requested the bench to fast-track the proceedings because she couldn’t stay in India for too long.”
Notably, Mandana has been in India on a work permit which she always got renewed through her sponsors Balaji Motion Pictures but since she stopped working with them post marriage, they have refused to help her in renewal this time.
As per the reports in Mumbai Mirror, her husband Gaurav whose post production company has been closely working with Balaji has asked them to not renew her permit.
This has landed Mandana in big trouble and she’s doing everything to get her work permit renewed.
