No moment on Twitter can be a dull one if Virender Sehwag is around. His one-liners on Twitter have become as outrageous as his strokes. We all know how Viru just loves re-tweeting others’ tweets and recently too he has done the same. Yes, this time, Sehwag re-tweeted in reference to Irfan Pathan-MS Dhoni controversy.
Since the time Irfan Pathan started playing under MS Dhoni’s leadership in IPL, he was seen only in 2 games. In last year’s auction, Irfan Pathan was bought by Chennai Super Kings but he didn’t get a chance to play even 1 game in the tournament. Although in the start, he had an injury, he ended up playing nothing even after his recovery. This season, the all rounder is with Rising Pune Supergiants, again under MS Dhoni, but has played just 2 matches.
Moreover, he bowled only a single over in both the matches and things became all the more worst. Fans were irked by this treatment given to Irfan by the Indian captain. In the match against KKR, his mix-up with MS Dhoni cost him his wicket. Irfan had to sacrifice his wicket for Dhoni, but the captain shouting at him, is something which he didn’t like.
