‘FAN’ the highly anticipated movie of SRK didn’t manage to be as successful as expected. The makers expected a superb collection, but things just didn’t turn out to be well during the end of 1st week itself.
‘FAN’ managed to earn just Rs 79.25 crores in India in 10 days. This movie is trying hard to reach the 100 crore mark, but it is difficult for it to achieve it, considering the pace at which it is running now. Have a look at its disappointing collections!

YRF master plan to save FAN
However, for saving their reputation, YRF, the producer of the movie has come up with a ‘Master Plan’ for recovering this cost. Aditya Chopra and team have approached the small screen, when they felt failed by the big screen. Now, the satellite rights of this movie has been sold to Sony Entertainment Television for a sum of Rs 55 crores. This would definitely help in saving ‘FAN’!
The total budget of making this movie was 105 crores, but box office collections were totally disappointing. Hope these satellite rights will help in recovering the costs.
