A FIR has been filed against the Chief minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and Mamta Banerjee by PN Arun Kumar who is a resident of Hyderabad. P N Arun Kumar claimed that the recent protest of Kejriwal and Mamta Banerjee has created law and order problems across the nation.
P N Arun Kumar filed a FIR with Delhi Police against both politicians under several sections of the Indian penal code. The sections include 153 (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, caste, Language etc), 420 (Cheating) and 468 (Forgery for purpose of cheating).
As we all know Arvind Kejriwal and Mamta Banerjee are not in favor of demonetization of 500 and 1000 notes and they are trying their best to provoke the people of India to take an action against it. They both are trying their best to find flaws in the demonetization of 500 and 1000 notes.
Let us see whether this FIR affects Kejriwal and Mamta Banerjee’s fight against demonetization or Kejriwal and Mamta Banerjee continue their protest against demonetization.
