This is David Lee. He is the most determined Ferrari collector. Born in Hong Kong, he is an American businessman and the chairman of the Hing Wa Lee group.

David Lee’s collection is the most appealing collection to every generation, featuring all the supercar Ferraris from the ‘80s to present, as well as some of the most beautiful examples from the ‘60s.

David Lee’s father Hing Wa Lee was once in a poor state in China, he then moved along his family and his 9-year-old son, David Lee, to America, where he started a jewellery business which was a big success.

David Lee then took his family’s jewelry business which was established by his father. Lee transformed the business to a retail powerhouse with his innovative ideas.

Ever since he was a child, he was fascinated by the cars, he even borrowed car books from the library to learn sketching Lamborghinis and Ferraris. Later he decided to collect the classic and supercar Ferraris.

David Lee owns one of the best Ferrari collections in the world and his collection is valued at $50 million USD.

When asked about his passion and love for Ferrai, David Lee said,

I really like the history and I don’t think other brands have the range of models and variety that Ferrari has. I picked a certain direction and strategy, I prefer the supercars from the 288GTO through the LaFerrari, but also some of their icons of the 60s And I also like driving something dependable everyday, which is my 2014 Ferrari FF.
