Today morning, there were heavy rains in Delhi, which caused nothing but massive traffic and water-logging in several areas. Office goers definitely had a very tough time since the vehicles were stuck up in jams.
Now, frustrated with all this, Gautam Gambhir, the famous Indian cricketer took to Twitter and vented out his anger. He indirectly blamed the Kejriwal government asking where is it when ‘Delhi’ is sinking.

Yes, he posted some tweets, highlighting the careless nature of civic authorities who are incapable of even solving the basic civic troubles here.
In a series of Tweets, Gautam just slammed the government! Obviously, he didn’t blame or name the officials directly, but his tweets are enough for us to understand as to whom he is pointing out at!
Here are his tweets…
Sinking Delhi !

It is time to buy boats!
Maybe it's time we started buying boats in Delhi since the authorities responsible can't solve basic civic troubles! #DelhiRains

Rains caused a lot of trouble all throughout Delhi and people were damn frustrated. Even John Kerry, the US Secretary of State was going to arrive for a function at IIT Delhi, but rains delayed his arrival too! Finally, he managed to come there in spite of all hassles.
