Round the clock Sanitisation
Phoenix Marketcity has ensured proper sanitisation and for that, they have opted several new technologies such as UV Scanners at entry for disinfecting handbags, UV Boxes for disinfecting shopping bags. Over 100 sanitizer booths have been installed across the mall. Shopping bags, trolleys and baskets will also be sanitized before every use.
Not only this, even Sanitising mats have been installed at the entrance to disinfect customer footwear before they enter the mall.
Training to staff
All the staff members have been properly trained and are prepared to welcome people so that everyone feels safe and secure during shopping.
Temperature check & Density control
Temperature check of the customers will be done using thermal cameras. To ensure crowd control, customer density control system has been installed. Automated vending machines for purchase of masks are also available inside the mall.
Additionally, Phoenix Marketcity, Mumbai is working according to the following new protocols:-
• Wearing of Masks is mandatory for all i.e. mall& retail staff and customers.
• Social Distancing to be followed via floor markers 6ft apart, at all locations where queues are likely to form.
• Only three customers or a family allowed inside an elevator at a time. Lifts will be operated by the lift attendant.
• Wheelchairs will be cleaned after every use.
