Shopping is every lady’s favorite pastime and true, nothing else makes them happier than shopping.
Mona Joshi was also in good mood while entering Kalki, the designer store, Santa Cruz, Mumbai but she didn’t shopped from there, in fact her confidence was shaken as she was insulted there by the sales assistant of Kalki.
The Mumbai resident was looking for a ghagra for herself and she asked Sales Assistant for the same but he refused as they did not have ghagra of her size in the store. She asked the shop assistant than what a lady of her size should do then and you won’t believe that he gave a disgusting reply, “Go to the gym”.
Mona left the store disheartened and insulted.
However, a friend of Mona, very rightly decided to take the matter into the notice of the owner of Kalki store and explained the whole scenario in an email:
Kalki Fashion director quickly gave the following reply:
The management of the Kalki store took the incident seriously and immediately fired the sales assistant; however the sentiments of a lady have been hurt.
We all know that being fat is not good for any person but you can’t just say anything to anyone as emotional injury is far more dangerous than physical injury.
