Hygiene is always an important factor when it comes to sustain and maintain a relationship. Being a guy, I won’t really like my girl to be unhygienic and I guess she would also ask for the same from me. Being healthy and having a good hygiene is indeed a good habit.
The report goes way back to Chicago where a guy named Nicolas Jonathan was about to go on his first date. It is always important from the both the sides to look good and act mature on their first date. Just like a normal person, he was nervous too. Cecilia Patrick, his girlfriend just then discovered this. A BLACKHEAD on his neck. Well, this shouldn’t have come to this, discovering something gross on your first date itself.
But when many girls and boys at that particular moment decides to just leave this blind date behind, Cecilia Patrick took this on her own and decided to do what many girls on their first date don’t even think about. She decided to remove that blackhead with her bare hands.
And to her and our utter surprise, that blackhead was not just any tiny little mole. It was a monster Blackhead.
At first it was just a small spot when she observed it for the first time.
Later On She started applying some pressure and this is what she found out

What are Black Heads
Blackheads are not healthy and there is nothing to be shy about it. It is quite a normal thing which happens to almost everyone. Blackheads are small bumpy stuff that appear on our skin due to clogged and blocked hair follicles. These bumps are called “blackheads” because the surface of our skin looks like dark or black spots. Blackheads are a mild type of acne that usually appear on the face, but they other than face, the can also form on the back, neck, arms, chest, and shoulders.
What Causes Blackhead ? ?
Well there are a lot of factors responsible for this.
1. Production of too much body oil
2. Accumulation of the p.acnes bacteria (propionibacterium acnes) on the skin
3. Irritation by the hair follicles when dead skins cells don’t shed off on a regular basis
4. Undergoing through hormonal changes that triggers an increase in oil production during the teen years, while taking birth control pills or during menstruation
5. Taking certain drugs, such as corticosteroids, lithium, or androgens
Well, this is certainly a bit gross but that’s a part of our body and if we want to ignore these blackheads, we should try and stay healthy by regularly taking care of our body ! !
