The much talked about Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has a very special guest appearance for its audience. No it is not Kajol this time and we very well know the reason behind this. It’s the box office clash of Shivaay and ADHM. Then who will be Karan’s surprise package??
Any guesses who is going to be KJo’s lucky mascot this time?? Can’t decide?? Who better than ShahRukh Khan and what more than directing his dear friend! Yes that’s right, Karan Johar confirmed this information at the Toronto International Film Festival 2016 last night where he was present as a guest speaker.
While sharing about his relationship with SRK he said, “Shah Rukh and I have an amazing working rapport. I haven’t directed a film with him in the last seven years now, but he did a scene for me recently in a film that is going to release in Diwali and after seven years when I was directing him, I realised nothing had changed. He knew exactly what I was expecting of him and I knew exactly what he was going to do. Ranbir who was the lead actor of the film turned around and said – What you guys have is like an aspiration for an actor to have with a director.”
This is a clear indicator of this news being confirmed by the director himself that we will see ShahRukh in ADHM. What’s more interesting is that until ShahRukh agreed for this role it had already been done by the Nawab Saif Ali Khan. Yes that’s right, but soon after Karan managed to convince SRK the scenes we’re shot again.
As far as his role is concerned, he will be seen playing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s husband who dies. We will see these two pair up after 14 long years. This is so amazing, isn’t that interesting people!
