We all are happy that RCB finally won today! It is indeed a happy day for all RCB fans, who were waiting for this win since a really long time.
In recent matches, RCB had to face disappointment as they couldn’t win at all despite putting in lots of efforts. What pinched us is Virat’s contribution to all the games; he had given his best in terms of batting in all the matches but even then, he couldn’t taste success.
Twitter was filled with hate comments for RCB. Some even called Anushka “Panauti” because they believed RCB lost matches because of her presence. However, the scenario changed totally today, thanks to Anushka’s birthday.
RCB defeated Mumbai Indians by 14 runs and all fans cherished this proud moment. Today, Twitter is really happy because Virat has given the best birthday gift to his wife. The smile on Anushka’s face after RCB won the match was too bright to miss.
In the post match presentation, Harsha Bhogle asked Virat Kohli if this win was a birthday gift for his lady love.
He asked, “Big team effort, there has been talk around, was this win a birthday gift as well?”
To this, Kohli replied, “Yeah my wife is here and it’s her birthday. Yeah this was a little gift for her. I am glad that she could enjoy this win watching from here and it’s very special to achieve these 2 important points in front of her.”
