It is such a shame when you fail in your school and high school. Parents are ashamed of you. Your friends are ashamed of you. But it is also a fact that people who have failed in school has made it big in life. And, this is another example of it.

Mansukhbhai Prajapati. who failed his tenth and dropped out of high school, has finally made it big in life. He has come up with such creative idea that left many of us stunned and also with a flickering sense pride as an Indian. Mr. Mansukhbhai has designed one such refrigerator which runs without electricity.

We all know about the age-old way of cooling water and other things by putting them in clay pots. Mansukhbhai has just en-cashed that idea and has created a low-budget refrigerator from clay that works like an electronic fridge but does binge on electricity. Mansukhbhai Prajapati always had the business of pottery, but lost interest soon after there was decline in the profit.

This is when an idea came in his mind, which was, if tiles and other products can be made out of clay, why not some other beneficial electronic item like a refrigerator, out of earthen mitti, which itself has cooling properties.

And, quite literally this idea changed his life. And, this is when he formed a company named “Mitticool”, whose primary production was to make useful products out of clay at reasonable price. With time, the product was not limited to just refrigerator but expanded with clay cooker, filters etc. The fundamental principle of evaporation has been applied in the making.

And, this ultimate invention of his has reached different continents, and countries like Africa and Dubai and is gaining prominence in the market, which in turn has helped Mansukhbhai earn yearly turnover of Rs.45 lakhs and employ 35 people under “Mitticool”.

Another best part about the earthen refrigerator is that it’s Eco-friendly and does not releases CFC which harms the environment.

True that it is only hard work that pays off.
