The best part is that you just have to make a tweet if you need the help of Indian Railways but this time, a person has misused the service and made a fake tweet, which not only upsets the department but also Suresh Prabhu feels disgusted.
A person whose Twitter handle is @viveksinghaniap made a tweet and immediate reply was given by the department as DRM Bilaspur tweeted:

These types of incidents are really shameful as there are people who are working hard to serve the citizens of India and tweets like this make a mockery of their efforts. We hope that such things are not repeated in the future!
