The competition in the smartphone market is going to get tougher as an Indian company named Ringing Bells is said to launch a new smartphone on Wednesday which will be priced below Rs. 500. It is said that the company is a part of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ambitious campaign “Make In India”.
The smartphone is given the name of Freedom 251 and it will be launched in the presence of Indian Defense Minister, Manohar Parrikkar, BJP MP Murali Manohar Joshi and other government officials. Ringing Bells has also brought a 4G smartphone in the market this month only and it was named as Smart 101, priced at Rs. 3000. But we all are excited for Freedom 251 which will be priced below Rs 500
The number of smartphone users is increasing in India day by day and now it is on the number two position if we talk about smartphone shipment. Samsung has retained its position as the market leader but it is getting stiff opposition from Indian companies now.
The specifications and other details about Freedom 251 will be known only after its launch but its price will definitely give it many takers.
