Earlier too we had reported about Hrithik Roshan opting out of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ and ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ for promoting his upcoming flick ‘Mohenjo Daro’. He didn’t want to go to ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ owing to the roast format of the show. He was ready to go on Jhalak but when the channel insisted him to appear on both the shows, he opted out of the dance reality show as well.
Now, he has chosen ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ for promoting his movie. You might be wondering why Hrithik chose Kapil’s show over the other two, isn’t it?
Well, the Mohenjo Daro actor is extremely choosy about movies. Same is the case with his promotional activities also. Unlike other actors who prefer going on all TV shows for promoting their flicks, Hrithik is somewhat different. He chose ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ only for one simple reason i.e. his comfort level with the comedian.
Even reports have quoted a source saying
“Hrithik will only be promoting his film on The Kapil Sharma Show. He had great fun promoting Krissh 3 on Kapil’s show. He has been asked to promote his show on Colors’ Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa and Comedy Night Bachao. Hrithik has declined the kind offer,”
However, Krushna has rubbished these rumors and said Hrithik is skipping ‘Comedy Nights Bachao’ not because of the roast format but because the movie’s genre isn’t in sync with the format of the show.
