Bigg Boss 10 had a different concept altogether i.e. celebrities v/s the commoners and a lot of curiosity was created among the audience due to this uniqueness. Yes, Bigg Boss 10 started off with 6 celebs and 8 commoners and since then, it has been a super-duper journey.
After lots of controversies and fights for over 3 months, Manveer Gurjar was declared as the winner of this show, while Bani J was the 1st runner-up.
We all know that a lot of money is involved in this show and every year, contestants get a whopping signing amount. Not only this; if you aren’t aware, let us tell you that additionally, celebs get some amount every week too and usually, it amounts to lakhs.
But wait; in this season, there was a different deal with the commoners. Want to know what was it? Well, reports suggest that the amount given to celebrities and commoners differed a lot. The commoners didn’t get any sort of signing amount and the makers paid them Rs 25,000 every week to sustain in this game.
Now, going by the calculations for 15 weeks, the average earning of the commoners (Nitibha, Manu, Manveer) was Rs 3.75 lakhs.
This is unfair, don’t you think so? Even the commoners of the show had contributed a lot to the TRPs and they should have got their fair share.
