Diljit Dosanjh made his Bollywood debut with Shahid Kapoor-starrer “Udta Punjab” where he gave an impressing performance. No wonder, he’s known for his work in the Punjabi cinema and is receiving all the appreciation.
The actor was offered to work in Milan Luthria’s ‘Baadshaho’ sharing screen space with Ajay Devgn but reportedly Diljit has opted out of the movie. According to him he is not fit for the role and will not be able to do justice to the character. Here’s what he has to say,
“Milan sir is a nice director. The role that I was offered I felt I would not be able to justify. It was a nice role. But I couldn’t relate to the character. I felt I couldn’t just do it. I did speak to Milan sir after that”
However, now we have Emraan Hashmi who will be seen playing the role in Baadshaho. Happy and content with this Diljit said, “I am fan of his work, God bless him! Emraan will do good work”.
The film will also features Ileana D’Cruz, Esha Gupta and Vidyut Jamwal in prominent roles.
That means the famous trio of Milan Luthria, Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi will be seen together after ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai’.
