The most awaited superhero movie ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ released in India on Friday and witnessed a disappointing start. On its 1st day, the movie was able to mint just 4.51 crores, which was way too lower than the expectations.
It successfully dominated ‘Sarbjit’, which also happened to release on the same day. This Aishwarya starrer, managed to collect just 3.69 crores on its 1st day. However, the 2nd day collections are out and there is definitely an improvement in the collections of both the movies. Being a weekend, the films managed to pick pace and witnessed an increase in the occupancy rates.
However, it seems that even on the 2nd day, people preferred to go for the Hollywood flick rather than ‘Sarbjit’. Yes, the collections of both the movies prove this. See what Taran Adarsh tweeted about the collections!

Once again, the collections of ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ have overpowered the collections of ‘Sarbjit’. While X-Men witnessed a 25.28 percent growth, ‘Sarbjit’ was left with 23.58 percent! Let us wait and watch for the Sunday collections now.
